Booking and enquiry details: name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination addresses, dates and times, passenger and luggage information, flight details where relevant, and any special requirements you tell us about.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

To provide the chauffeur service you have booked, including passing the necessary journey details to the allocated chauffeur.

To respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations and updates, take payment and issue receipts or invoices.

We rely on performance of a contract for booking and delivery of the service, legitimate interests for service administration and security, legal obligation for record keeping, and consent where we send optional marketing.
