Terms & conditions

The terms on which ERS Chauffeurs provides chauffeur and executive transport services.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to chauffeur services booked with ERS Chauffeurs Limited (Company No. 14186022), unless separate terms have been agreed in writing for a corporate account, event or bespoke booking.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once ERS Chauffeurs has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, passenger numbers, luggage and any special requirements at the time of booking.

Amendments are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are those quoted or calculated at the time of booking for the vehicle class selected. Where a journey changes on the day, additional charges may apply at the applicable rate for the vehicle class booked.

Charges such as tolls, congestion and emission zone charges, airport access fees, parking and waiting time are applied as set out at booking.

4. Hourly Hire

Hourly Hire bookings are subject to a minimum of four hours. The chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the customer throughout the booked period, and multiple stops may be made within that period.

5. Day Hire

Day Hire bookings include up to 10 hours of chauffeur service and a maximum of 200 miles. Where the service exceeds the included time or mileage allowance, additional charges will apply at the applicable rate for the vehicle class booked.

6. Cancellations, amendments and no-shows

Cancellations, amendments, no-shows and refunds are governed by the ERS Chauffeurs Cancellation & No-Show Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Vehicles and chauffeurs

ERS Chauffeurs allocates a vehicle of the class booked. Where the allocated vehicle is unavailable, a vehicle of equivalent or higher standard will be provided wherever possible.

Chauffeurs operate in line with UK road traffic law and applicable licensing requirements at all times.

8. Passenger conduct

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Customers are responsible for damage or soiling caused by passengers, and cleaning or repair costs may be charged.

ERS Chauffeurs may decline or end a journey where passenger behaviour presents a risk to safety.

9. Property and liability

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. ERS Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or third-party actions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
